This one is too beautiful not to have a name. Please help. Thanks.

Altari?????
Pirl, I know I've seen that one. It looks like an Oriental Trumpet. Do you recall ordering any American series OTs? Also looks similar to some of the Plantfiles pics of 'Altari'- I see a lot of differences in the pics (which I've found is typical for OT lilies)

Ah, great minds!
It also reminds me of 'Contrast' and 'Nymph'.
It reminds me more of 'Sonora' than anything else.

I think that some of them are not 'Altari'. I can't recall the source on my 'Altari', so it may or may not be who it says it is. I think clones look alike, as they should be identicle. The brush pattern of dark pink should not differ, though coloration can (depending on climate from what I understand), if you are looking at a clone and not a strain.
Whoever it is pirl, it's darling ;)
So confusing.
Thanks for your input, Magnolialover. I absolutely love it.
Your picture looked very familiar to me, so I checked lilybulb.com, which is the lily only website for B&D Lilies. Their photo of the OT "My Precious" looked very similar with the green markings in the throat and the back-curving petals. Their picture looks like it is slightly downfacing. Good Luck!
It does look like Contrast in the PF http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/101142/
This is my pic from a couple years ago when it was growing in a low light situation. The last couple years it has either frozen or been eaten.
Thank you, Marty. I checked it out and mine are definitely upward facing.
Moby - are the flowers as pretty when the bulbs have been frozen or eaten? Last year I dug up a large group of very tall orange lilies to replant them in a neighbor's garden and I left them on the ground. The deer devoured a lot of them - one had been the size of my hand.
The deep pink in mine seem much darker. It may never get an official name but it's closest so far to Altari.
Frozen or eaten? Uhh, no. LOL 2 years ago the stems froze and last year the bunnies got to them so I haven't seen a bloom for a while.
Is Blood Meal not an option to keep the bunnies at bay? Folks who have dogs that love to dig find they can't use it. How about Repels All?
Oh yes ~ I use Planyskydd which contains blood but I occasionally miss a few. I've been wondering about Repels All curious if anyone has tried it.
Our neighbor uses it to repel the deer and Jack will be buying it tomorrow so we'll find out how well it works for us. I'll post but generally we only see the bunny damage and deer damage in mid June to mid August.
Through searching tonight I found it comes as a spray or granules. We're going to try the granules first since I just bought Liquid Fence concentrate to use as a spray.
