You did mention that on other occasions CajuninKy. I live a bit south and east of you and if it wasn't that I was able to plant onions, cabbage and potatos I would be stir crazy but hold on, Spring is coming. D in TN

So, they are made from solid plastic like visquine and you punch drain holes in the bottom? Can you move them around? I didn't notice any handles. Are they made to stay in one place?

When we drive through Johnson City we like to stop at BAM for coffee. I sure wish we had one close. I really miss it.

I did see some trees starting to bud out on our trail ride yesterday and the horses are shedding now so I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. LOL

Cajun, Bob's grow bags are made of a very thick plastic, think Ultra Heavy Duty garbage bag, lawn and leaf type. They are as light as a feather even full of coir, and although they don't have handles they are a breeze to lift and move wherever you want. Excess water drains through all the little holes in the bottom pre-punched for you.

Like those huge commercial trash bags? That coconut stuff must really be light. Is it the stuff that is pulled away from the coconut so you can get to the shell?

Same material type as the lawn and leaf bags Cajun, but MUCH smaller. These are only 5 gallon bags. Yes, the Coir is the stripped bark of the coconut shell, shredded very fine, to a potting mix consistancy.

Cajun: Darkmoondreamer is right, I have 7 of those bags myself and have been moving them out to the front of my house for the past few days and then back into the house, they have coir and a tomato in each one, and I put a drain saucer under each one to catch any excess water. Very easy to move, if I can do it anyone can I'm sure. LOL
