Thought Process

It's great how the mind will be telling you something; but ya just don't know it.

A few weeks back I starting thinking of a set of books that my neighbor had passed on to me; the books of Gladys Taber: Stillmeadow series. I'd read them several years ago and thought i'd go through'm again; but couldn't find them among the rest of my books. So stopped looking and didn't think of them again.
Yesterday while out shopping a saw that "my fiestaware" was on sale, thought about getting another color but decided that since I already have 12 sets; it's enough.
Now, today while cleaning the guest bedroom, I saw that the closet is getting a bit clutttered and start cleaning it out; and what do I pull out (?): a box that a set of my fiestaware came in; and inside the box were the Gladys Taber books!
So was it a coincidence that it came together, or is the mind always looking for the answer and this is how it gave it?

A fun coincidence. Isn't it neat when things like that happen?

Glad you found your books. Now you can make a great dinner, serve
it on Fiesta Ware, then relax with a set of books to boot.

I was just thinking tonight why is it so hard for me to brush my teeth with the water off. I always leave it running while I brush. But if I turn it off, I can't brush. !
I tend to rinse my brush several times, and Since the hot water is on the left side, and I am right handed, it is difficult to turn it off and on while brushing with my right hand. I am not coordinated enough to do that. It is like patting your head and rubbing your tummy at the same time. So I have decided it is more than just a habit for me...
Isn't that weird? It is some sort of mental thing I think...

You just have to think that there is some force that guides us!!

I have a trivial story to add on this line. One of my coworkers is a 22 year old boy (boy to me, he thinks a man). I call him my adopted son and we are good friends, he is 22 going on 50. We play this game where he says a word and I have to think of a song that word is in. The other day he said the word "natural." I was having a hard time thinking of a song so I just got busy with my work and didn't think much about it. After I clocked out I was waiting for my DH who was having to work overtime. I was sitting on a pallet of dirt in my dept. and the cashier was ringing up mulch for a customer when the song "You make me feel like a natural woman" came to mind. I guess because they were talking about colors of mulch. LOL I asked the cashier to text that "Amber said "You make me feel like a natural woman" to Justin. You should have seen the look on her face. LOLOL

It is fasinating how some things will trigger different thoughts.

There must be some force guiding me, lol because I can't even remember what I am looking for by the time I get to the other side of the room ha ha
