This picture was not modified at all, that's the true color of blue.
CLOSED: Is this a wolf spyder of some sort?
Not a wolf spider, but a jumping spider (family Salticidae), likely in the genus Phidippus - several species in this genus have very colorful chelicerae - see http://tinyurl.com/af5gp5 for an example.

I just love those little jumpers.. they do real well at eating the pests!
