Elbridge, NY(Zone 5a)

Fell asleep...missed a bunch! LMBO!!!!

Oxford, NS(Zone 5b)

Grownut, my banties and brabanter fit just fine, thanks. ;-)

Clarkson, KY

Well fairies have special powers....lolol..

(Zone 7b)

Went to bed and missed this ooops LOL

Clarkson, KY

Think we all retired just in time, lol. Coulda been a LOT worse...

Elbridge, NY(Zone 5a)

Yes, I could have added pictures. hehehe

Clarkson, KY

Just as well...

Oxford, NS(Zone 5b)

Speaking of pictures, WHERE ARE THE BANTIES??!!

Clarkson, KY

She is rather a tease isn't she? She'll probably come in from backyard project heaven (or otherwise) anytime now and be slain by what acts we've committed on her thread, in her name....

(Zone 7b)

UH OH Grow is your rock ready??

Clarkson, KY

Stocked an' loaded.

Oxford, NS(Zone 5b)

Just came back from dinner celebrating our first anniversary of life on our acreage. It has been a fascinating year, and so much better than living the urban life.

I can't believe Brigid is leaving us hanging like this. It's torture!

Clarkson, KY

Really she should be flogged with a wet noodle or something...pelted with cranberries?

Elbridge, NY(Zone 5a)

I agree, Grow arm yourself with wet noodles, CMoxon grab cranberries, I will grab chick peas. Ready, aim, fire...

Brididily, where are youuuuuuu??????

Oxford, NS(Zone 5b)

{flinging cranberries with a wild fury, but saving a few in my pocket for snacks}

Clarkson, KY

{wielding wet noodles with wild abandon and no consideration for my own safety}

(Zone 7b)

Hey if you going to throw cranberries let me get a net first homemade cranberry sauce is good

Lumberton, TX(Zone 8b)

Man oh man I leave for the weekend (don't have the net at home) and look what you chicken feed people do to my sweet little thread.

I am just this side of devastated. Cheri couldn't catch the banties! So the coop is all kinds of empty and lonesome -- devoid entirely of livestock of the lingerie variety. Just crickets starting to jump around. Nearly cried when I saw the little treats the Misses Buckaw were missing.

Clarkson, KY

Ooooooooooo. Such a sad end. There must be more banties somewhere. There are always more banties. Or ways to catch the shy and demure...

(Zone 7b)

Yes you can catch them at night with a net and a flashlight that is if they don't get way up in the trees LOL

Lumberton, TX(Zone 8b)

They were roosting up in a cedar tree.

Oxford, NS(Zone 5b)

Ohhhh the travesty!! The injustice!!!! The utter deprivation and disappointment!!!!

I am ruined.

SOB...

Lumberton, TX(Zone 8b)

I will... sniff... prevail. I will adopt the attitude of Miss Jane Bennett when she felt Mr. Bingley no longer loved her.

Sniff. This is not the end of the... sniff... world...

(Zone 7b)

Oh Dear in the cedar tree Darn!!!

Don't cry there will be Bantie's in your future i'm sure of it♥

Lumberton, TX(Zone 8b)

yes, I suspect the BF will... ahem... drop one on me.

Lodi, CA(Zone 9b)

OMG I'm getting eggs. I could just lay one right now. Too exciting! If it looks like that picture, I will think I have died and gone to chicken heaven.

Lodi, CA(Zone 9b)

LOL You could just lay one right now.. That was toooooo funny! Made my dog get up and look at me funny cause I was laughing so hard!

Elbridge, NY(Zone 5a)

Oxford, NS(Zone 5b)

Oh Brigid! Salmon Fav's are AWESOME! You should be veeeeery nice to Moodene.

ZZ - did you laugh so hard you laid an egg? (giggle)

Lodi, CA(Zone 9b)

Almost!!! That just struck me so funny.. then my dog getting up and staring at me like that made it worse.. She is old.. she always responds.. especially when I laugh.. One time she barked at me and ran out.. I for sure almost laid an egg that time!

Lumberton, TX(Zone 8b)
