Does anyone know if there are any special needs for germinating Firespike seeds? I recently received some in trade have been trying to germinate them via the paper towel/baggie method for about 12 days now with no sign of change. I originally had the baggie on a heat mat (~78degrees) under lights, but have since moved it to an unheated tray (room temp ~68degrees) still under lights.
I'm not sure if these just take longer than I'm used to for germination or if I need to be doing something different. I haven't been able to find any info by googling.
Thanks!
