Convolvulus Enchantment Question?

Tulsa, OK

Hi There,
Thought I'd post a message for the pros out there. I bought and sew seeds of the Convolvulus Enchantment which I noticed is also called the morning glory bush (plant) - I'm wondering does this mean that the flower will only open in the morning - or does it mean that the flower looks like a morning glory? I'm trying to figure out where to locate the plants once they get bigger (they germinated in 24 hours - yikes!)

I'm not pro
But we need more informations
For me Morning Glory Bush = Ipomoea Carnea
3 differents cultivars
dark pink - pink - white ( rare but I could find seeds on ebay )
The seeds are hairy.
Here is a pic of the pink version.

The Convolvulus tricolor are a non-twining relatively short plant of between 6 and 24 inches tall with flowers that tend to stay open a bit longer than the Ipomoea nil.

Here are the listings in the PlantFiles for Convolvulus tricolor

Hope that helps...

Thanks Dany, Thanks Ron! Ron you were right it is a tri-color I bought a packet from Burpee. I grew up with Morning Glories and actually have a few "wild" ones in my backyard (must have blown in from a neighboring yard or brought by birds). I've always liked the look and wondered how I could get it so it doesn't grow 5 feet tall/long! :) The seeds germinated within 24 hours (no soaking) so I'm hoping they don't get too leggy before spring - last question (for today) how does one "pinch" a morning glory type plant?
