Can someone please id?

These are now blooming in several gardens over here in san diego....what are they, I really want one!!!

The blooms are now past their prime but still gorgeous!

Chasmanthe floribunda.....they are nice and flower at a time when they're much appreciated, but some don't care for the fact that they reseed quite readily. I think they're nice to have wild on my property...very tough.You can pull the clumps and just throw themsomewhere in a pile and they'll grow...LOL...If you want some and you're going to be at kaperc's in March, I'll bring you some corms......

Can you tell me how I killed mine if they are so tough? I think you do so well because you can grow anything in California :o)

LOL maybe I should blame him everytime I kill a plant. (which is pretty often)
