Trying to add a new planthopper I get error message

The error message says, "The order ("Hemoptera") and family ("Membracidae") are not familiar to us" but this order and family already exist in the Bugfiles. What might be the problem?
Details for the hopper are
Common Name Banksia Tree Hopper
Order Hemoptera
Family Membracidae
Genus Crito
Species Crito festivus

You are misspelling the Order. It should be Homoptera. I have created an entry for your Banksia Treehopper here: http://davesgarden.com/guides/bf/go/5528/
