Anyone know of any?
It seems when I buy them, they last maybe 2 or 3 years and all the 'threading' comes apart, dry rots? I guess.
Most of them cannot be restrung again.
I bring them in durring the winter, but I still can't seem to get them to last.
I bought some really nice bamboo ones at wal mart, or lowes, and they sounded so pretty, not 'tinkly' or 'brassy' like the metal ones. But the twine stuff is coming undone.
Wind Chimes that don't fall apart
I hope someone can answer that because I have the same problem. I had a beautiful set of the bamboo ones and all the string just gave out.
My mother told me this morning that hers are falling apart too.
I think I will stick with trinkets like bird houses ect and stay away from the chimes. But they are so nice :(
