Colchicum autumnale- is what plant ID calls it...My cousin zone7WA wants to send me a few from her yard...typical for us zone7's, they are starting to sprout early. Should she send go ahead and send them?? in soil or peat or what?? When would it be best time also? Shipping from WA to NC, both zone 7
