Did You Feel that Quake?

Just had a strong shake here. Lasted about 11 seconds, but was glad I don't have much up on the walls. How about you? Everyone okay?

It was a 5.0 located just south of Riverside.
Shook things a little bit her in Altadena.

Yep - here too in Pasadena. Heard a crack and then the jiggling. Nothing damaged, but it was good enough! Hope all are alright!

I'm south of Riverside! I guess I'll have to wait for the news to find out where the epicenter was. DH heard it coming. I wish he'd tell me. Oh well.
My son, came in and said it was a big one. I just laughed. I guess it was the biggest he remembers feeling. Maybe he'll take me more seriously about the big 'un.
As far as I know everything is okay. Won't know for sure until tomorrow. Broke some water pipes (pvc) on the last one.
As long as I have my shoes and flashlight in reach, I'll be okay! : )

We had a short jolt and rolled for about 15 seconds. I kept waiting for more or another one afterwards.

We felt it pretty good here, too.

It was 4.5 in San Bernardino area as I heard on TV early this morning...

I felt the aftershock, or was it a foreshock? Even the scientists aren't quite sure. DH and the one kid didn't feel it. No damage as far as I can tell. Last time, it broke a water pipe in the front yard and a bubble formed under DH's Lawn. He said it was like walking on a water bed only squishy! : )
