CLOSED: What insect is this?

I tried to cup this in my hands to put it outside and it made an audible "hissing" noise. I left it alone. It has beautiful green/gold speckled wings (or the covers of the wings).

This is a long-horned wood-boring beetle (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae); several species can create audible sound by stridulation (rubbing adjacent body parts together).
