I am fortified with some food now - the alcohol won't go straight to my head anymore. Can you believe it, I am 55 and have never been drunk before? Just slightly tipsy to the point where I don't balance as well as I should, but I think that I was still coherent and all.
Terri - you are still UP??? it must be mighty late in your neck of the woods now. You have amazing staying power. Now the big question is, will you still be awake when I ring in the New Year's in California?????

I am going to have to change out of those hot pants and into something a little more practical now. My kids would not let me leave the cafe and out to the studio with it on (not a good image for their mom). Maybe I can borrow Candee's mask and no one will know who I am??? at almost 4 feet 10 inches, it will be hard to get away with being not recognized. LoL
Will be heading out soon for some dancing, food, and a midnight dessert buffet. It is going to be hard to beat this party at the cafe, though.
It's been a great evening, and maybe some of you will still be up when I get back in another 4 hours????? Candee - make sure Steve cranks up the volume at 10:15 PM (is that your time or my time?) so that I can hear it over here in California!
