It's called a Bent-line Dart, Choephora fungorum

This site says the larvae eat dandelions, so that's good news, at least to me!

I could not find it in bug files. Am I just searching wrong, or has it not been added yet? I don't want to add it if its already there and I just dont know how to search properly :)
