Did you find...

When you went on line and searched for answers to questions, adult conversation, humor, debates on interesting topics, people with diverse and therefor interesting opinions, beautiful photography, trades, and even an occasional argument. A place where you can be shy and lurk happily or speak up and be heard. Where not all your questions will be answered but most of them will be. Where topics are varied and not limited to a narrow range and where others may disagree with you but listened to your opinion first? Or how about a place to exchange recipes or get help with your computer questions or discuss decorating or farm equiptment or home projects or crafts or books...

If your internet search took you to such a place....I would say congratulations and WELCOME TO DG!

I think that's why I like the "Welcome Home, Go_Vols" at the top of the homepage when I log in.....it does feel like home, for all the reasons you mentioned.

Zany your sure hit the nail on the head. This is the place to be. DG is kinda like walmart if they don't have it you don't need it. lol. Karma sure you can fix DG as your home page at the top of your browser go to tools then internet options . Then you should see a section marked homepage just but the DG address in there and you have it.

go_vols, that is one of the things that made me feel so at home at first. I know it's a programming thing, but I don't care, it's that Dave cared enough to do it.
Set my home page to Dave's almost right away:) The man came to fix my cable modem today and wiped out all my passwords, and I've had this set and never logged out, so I didn't even know my password. Talk about panic!!! :)

Well said Zanny this the BEST there is! Dave is the Man, a Web Master with a heart. The garden atmosphere in DG is pure and clean. We as a family are a reflection of the head of the family and that being Dave explains why the good are here and when the bad invade they are eradicated quicky by the Good!

Mz M, I don't know about that gifts thing...every time the mailman comes with a box or envelope from a member it feels like Christmas and the gifts seem pretty good to me!

If you're using Internet Explorer,

1. In the menu bar at top, click Tools/Internet Options.
2. It will open with the General tab already showing.
3. You'll see the first item there is Home Page
4. Enter the URL in the box there.
5. Remember to hit the Okay button to save your changes.
