my page question

Lake Toxaway, NC(Zone 7a)

on my trades list, there is a place it says "offer" and on two of them the word under that is 1 or one. What does offer mean? How many I want? I thought it might mean that someone had made an offer to swap but I saw nothing to click on to see who that might be; now I think I'm wrong about that idea now.

I believe it indicates how many trades of that entry you have available. But if I am wrong it will not be the first time!

I think it depends on if you're looking for something, or offering it. (I use it both ways - if I have 25 packets of seed available, I put "25 packets" in there.) If I'm looking for something, I just put one (or two or three.....but NEVER 25 ;0)

thanks gals. I get it now, du-uh.lol

Yep, that's it. In the old days, that field used to be called something like "Packets available", but since the TradeList v2.0 :) came out, and including the ability to have plants and such, I changed it to "Offers".

I had seen some plant catalogs call their units "offers", and I liked the way it sounded.
