No spinning and weaving. Katahdins are hair sheep, so they just blow coat in the spring like a dog. They're very low maintenance.

I don't know which camellia that is either, but it's gorgeous. The variegated ones are my favorites. I took a shot of a similar one in the park here in Summeville yesterday. (below).

Bet it is one of the many Japanese flowering apricots, Prunus mume. They usually flower in the winter. There is a woman in Charleston with a whole collection of these in all the colors. This site has a lot of info but no pictures. It is my understanding that there are as many flower shapes as colors.
