Very Sad news to report

Duck_Fairy ..... Tia didn't come across as the type who would be wanting to squeeze cash donations out of those here in DG with money to give to someone who has been hurt. On the other hand the tale of 50 dead chickens for no reason ... is quite bizarre. If the tale is true ... it would have been done by someone who really dislikes Tia or wanted to get her for whatever reason.

I've been around the block more than the average person and this 50 dead chicken tale is incredible.

Sorry daylillydaddy, I've just had enough of the drama.

There are people on here that don't get along and choose to voice that opinion to all rather than letting bygones be bygones. Additionally someone abuses the power to create new user names at will and changes their name, over and over again, and stirs things up...

I just wish we had the same fun loving, happy, group we had before and not this random drama. Its Christmas Eve, I don't feel like dealing with this.

DF agrees. Having just read through this, it seems rather "fishy" LOL. If true, then sad, if not, then strange. DF is very strong in her opinions, but never intends that to come across as rude, so please offer understanding to the new Fairy in the Forum. And don't confuse me with the Others.

Oh no, Lazy_Ladies That was a cross post and was intended for DF not you at all. I see a seasoned member being talked about in a negative way by a new member only days on here and I find It very strange. Maybe Daves is not the place for them.

I, like Harmony, will not be fooled. We know you are the previous Chicken Fairy which was also the same person that was Tamara Faye.

I know this because you, the Chicken Fairy AND Tamara Faye, d-mailed me as your trouble with the neighbors set on.

You my heart strings were pulled for your poor dying chickens, your ill son, I felt for you and I really liked your Chicken Fairy posts - hilarious - and Tamara Faye's knowledge. I miss that and I wish we could have that back.

Then you just disappeared. Yes, there are stories about where you went and what happened, but I'd like to forget those, too. Who knows, maybe you were L2G2, too???

Ok guys enough here. I have been busy have not posted in a few days and really had nothing to say. it is Christmas and I just wish all of this "drama" behind me.

I still have birds dropping dead with no symptoms at all. It is not a tall tale. You know what Duck Fairy, I can not prosecute the person I suspect in doing this, but I find it very "odd" that just after this happened to my bird the animal control was called out to inspect my chickens. Lady officer said they had a complaint from a certain person that kept coming into their office on several occasions to make complaints. 1. That tells me the person lives here in my town. 2. That tells me that person knew that I would have dead birds. 3. The lady officer said it was from someone that use to live here on this property. No one comes onto my property, I do not live in an area that people just drop by or can pass by on the road that they can see my place.

Again I can not prosecute but I am a firm believer in what comes around goes around.

I truly hope that the life we all had before all this started can get back to what it once was.

Edit to add, I did not ask for "cash donations" and I never will. I know one person offered "help" and I responded appropriately.

OMG: I haven't been on this thread for ages. I feel sick, about what is going on. I did and still do believe Luv's 2 Garden. I offered help because I cared about what she was going thru. I'm very sorry Luv's if I have been responsible for any of this nonsense, And yes you did respond appropriately just as I suspected you would. Sweetie have you lost any more of your little chickens or other animals?My heart goes out to you. My thoughts & prayers that this will end & you find out who did this. I think the person(s) that did this should go to jail & do some hard time. Anybody that do such a horrible thing won't think twice to do the same thing to a person. Oh,this is so sad.

I did lose a few more on Christmas morning. There is nothing that can be done legally except to have the report on file for in case there is a next time. If I have my way there will not be a next time, I have made a few changes around here like locks on the gate and a security system.

I am just wondering, any new news about this? I am so hoping that you can do something positive to stop this mess.
I know that when a couple of drugged out jerks came to my home in the middle of the night and tried to steal my chickens, I put up "shutters" on the whole thing and blocked the window from being opened. Then I placed a ball bat right by my bed. I make sure I have shoes and at least a nightgown right there too.
So far, I haven't seen any evidence they have been back, but I just have a feeling they were.
Bet they decided they couldn't get into the cage and left.
Rotten jerks anyway. There are some really nasty people out there.
Sure hope you can put a stop to your troubles.

I would just like to drop this topic and let it be behind me. It is time to move on and go from there. To tell the truth If I had it to do over again............... Yes I would. That is just who I am. Now it is time for new beginnings and LIFE.

So sorry Luvs, Set a trap for em. put some metal buckets with some fishing line tied to them up somewhere that when they fall you will hear them. Or even better, put some red or orange rit die in the buckets so they crash down on the dirty rats and you will know for sure if you see them. There has got to be a way to stop this horror. =(

Good idea Inn. I just might do that myself. hehehehee Someone suggested I use paintballs to catch a chicken thief too. That's one way to "mark" someone as well as teach them a good lesson about being honest.
