CLOSED: Type of Bee?
Not a bee, but a fly in the family Syrphidae (flower/hover flies). This is a very large family, and includes many species that bear a superficial resemblance to bees or wasps - see http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/syrphid_flies_syrphidae for some ideas as to their variety.
Yellow Jacket Hover Fly! Thanks alot!!!!!!
