Salvia Anthony Parker in the Fall

Fallbrook, CA(Zone 10b)

A shot of s. Anthony Parker while it's still in bloom...planted here with tagetes lemmonii. So many of the salvias are in their glory in the Fall.

You Ladies are going to have to teach me how to grow salvias. Mine are all long and spindly with hardly any foilage, but they keep on blooming! Yours look great wcgypsy! Lovely photo!

I'm not that good at it, SW. I have a few that thrive despite my brown thumb, and I'm learning at the feet of the master. :-)

The master would be drdon or some of the experts in the salvia forum...they're always there for advice.

Beautiful picture. I am a salvia killer and have only managed to keep one alive.

marie,
Thanks for the laugh! ; ) I've killed more than my fair share of plants over the years. Trying to save a plumeria. One of my friends gave me a garden stone which reads, "I TRIED, IT DIED!" You have to laugh!
I mark my failures with it.
