LOL - the fishing pictures were priceless. What fun.
And does anyone know why it is that a dog is always between the skunk and the house (usually an open window too) when it agitates the skunk to spray it? Why can't they be off somewhere else?
~marilyn
........... the lads have landed in Perth
Marilyn .. I do believe it's called 'MURPHY'S LAW' LoL and, if the skunk isn't near a window, you can be dang sure the 'christening' will take place just BEFORE you load your dog into a car or truck to take them home from a run you took them on !!! PEW !!!
BTW .. MURPHY lives somewhere in MY house !!! Uninvited, and pops out at THE most inopportune times !!
I always scroll up to that statue of BEN .. just beautiful ^_^
~M~
Marilynne, that statue is breathtaking. the amount of careful detail in both horse and rider. The detail in Ben's and Ian's face... their eyes amazing!
You expect them to move..... and look right at you!
I've lost the boys, where can they be?
lol, they're still in Perth, beautiful snowy Perth.
sitting in front of the fireplace toasting moosemallows....and playing with the cats
Fire sitting here as well .. no moosemellows though :-)
Bonkers? Ummm .. when you said Ben was in 'Greener Pastures' .. ummmm .. did you mean he had crossed the Rainbow Bridge to get there?
I can imagine the statue for Ian and Ben is just awesome .. not unlike the Terry Fox Monument here ..
~M~
yes, Big Ben crossed the Rainbow Bridge in December 1999, at the age of 23.
the website bigben.ca has information about the monument created
Hey drivenbonkers -
HAPPY BIRTHDAY - A little moose called and told me it was your birthday. He also said he was excited that he was going to get all the cake and icey-cream that he could eat.
Have a wonderful birthday and don't let that moose eat too much. For a moose, he can be quite the little piggy!
Have a great one. You deserve it.
Love and Hugs
Elaine and Otis
Happy birthday from Ottawa as well. I bet the lads were excited getting to help celebrate with you. Hope you had a good time.
Ann
Belated BDay wishes from Thunder Bay.
Hoping you have a bottle of Pepto around just in case your House Guests over indulged, OR, 'heaven forbid' .. fell INTO the cake !!!
~M~
Happy belated birthday, Drivenbonkers!!
Hope it's a happy one :-)
-Susan-
Another Happy belated birthday, drivenbonkers.
What have the lads been up to? Hope they haven't driven you bonkers yet! lol
Sandy
Hope we are going to see some more of their antics soon.
What a stinker that you had a visit from Pi-Pi-la-Pew. Hope the air is starting to smell a bit better in your house.
Hugs

good morning everyone, the boys are sleeping in today.
I dragged them around the mall yesterday, but so 'busy' and so many people around, it kinda overwhelmed and intimidated the gnomes. They like horses, but don't like large crowds.
I'm going to do a bit of shopping Monday in Perth, (lol, definately no crowds) so they are looking forward to that.
I'm knitting some xmas projects this afternoon, so they will probably watch and try to get into trouble.
I'll keep you posted!
LOL. I should've let them help me with the Santa Claus mitts.
Oh wow! Those projects are just gorgeous and I am so green with envy LOL
Who knew that those lads had untapped talents like that?
Have fun.
Elaine and Otis
Just checking in to see if the travelling troop of trouble has moved on ^_^
Are they still reeking havoc in Perth ?
I hope they kept their vivaciousness in check during the holidays !!
~M~
lol, yes I sent them on last Saturday the 20th, still awaiting their arrival at Bettypauze's location.
I tracked them to Mississauga postal station as of the 27th Dec.....
they're raring to go, had a tough time getting them convinced to get back in the box for the next leg of the trip.
Perhaps I should not have told them of Santa and the elves.... no doubt Bullwinkle has convinced the postal carrier to take a detour.....
