Do you think $20 is too much Harmony? I thought it was a pretty good deal for all the work she puts into them. They are very detailed, with all the different types of wool and everything.

Very Good Price it's hand made and that means it was carefully made and alot of pride and love go's into makeing something like that.
She will be thrilled to know people like them and appreciate her fine work so you have done a very good thing for this lady.
How can I get you the money and order them?
InnBetween - send me a d-mail with the colors you are interested in and your head circumference (like around the forehead where the hat would normally sit) if the hat is for you. If you are buying them for someone else, an estimate would be good, like if it's a child or an adult, etc.
I have sent her 7 orders already from here and BYC, so I hope she can get them all done for the holidays. Let me know if they are holiday orders.

Her daughter spins wool, so I am hoping since I got her a bunch of orders, maybe I can get a free spinning lesson in the spring when we shear our sheep & llamas. Seems like a good trade-off to me!

Does anyone think a polish chicken would work in a hat? I think this one would make a prettiful hat but is it knittable I wonder? Is there such a word as knittable? http://groups.msn.com/polishChickens

I found out today the hats are actually crochet! Crochetable? I don't know if it's a word!
Head circumference...LOL...yours! They seem to range from about 22 to about 25. Inches, not centimetres. :-)

Check out Sarah's latest creation - it's her buff orpington hat! I can't wait until we start to see the ordered hats. She's emailed me today to say that they are coming along great. She plans to have all mailed by Dec 15 at the latest.

Hee hee hee! She is too cute. I love the little tilt to her head. It's the perfect chicken expression. The wings are gorgeous too. Offer her some cottage cheese, she might come off the light bulb. Otherwise you're going to have to get out the blow dryer and direct it up the lampshade!

Afraid not Dahlianut, they said they had sold the model ages ago. Back ordered for at least 25 years, so as I doubt I would be around then had to cancell my order. If by chance I was still around I would be too old to appreciate him, I think!
