CLOSED: 3 Company; what are they?

Central, AL(Zone 7b)

I'll post a series of pix of 3 different critters who enjoyed my Pacific chrysanthemum in the garden this morning. A fly, a wasp and newly seen winged friend with orange head, brown wings.

Hey Kim - Nice Pics.

I believe you have:
Yellow-collared Scape Moth (Cisseps fulvicollis)
http://davesgarden.com/guides/bf/go/547/

And the Fly seems like a Big Tachinid Fly. Possibly (Archytas sp.)http://davesgarden.com/guides/bf/showimage/4204/

Not sure about the Wasp.
All my flowers and bugs have long been gone. :)

Hi Paul, thanks for the I.D. Wow, newly discovered Yellow collared Scape Moth!!! Wooohooo! They seem to enjoy the 'frilly' flowers, as shown on pf!
Paul, we're on the same zone, but being near a large water body, my garden hasn't experienced its first frost yet. Though, other decious trees have begun to shed leaves like golden snow.

Ok, I'll post this as partially solved, still waiting for input on the wasp, please.

Lelystad, Netherlands

The wasp looks like a Symmorphus species.

Thanks Enmos, here is a pic. that does look like the paper wasp. So it's now solved! Thanks again Paul for the I.D. on the moth and tachinid fly.

It would help if I were to include the pic. :-)
