I found some sort of insect crawling on my pillow last night. It was about 1/2" with a long grayish / silver body and six short white thick legs located near the head. Unfortunately, I do not have a picture. Can anyone please help me identify this insect?

No. The body is similar but the legs were thick and white (like little maggots) and located near the upper part of the body.

It did not have antennas on either end of its body, nor did it have the legs near the lower part of the body. Thanks.

No. It's body wasn't as round, no stripes, and it's legs were thicker. I would have taken a picture of it but my kitten ate it.
