Good evening ladies and gents! I have joined in a Bingo in a long while, but I couldn't resist looking at all the wonderful photos used with each call. BTW... I did add some photos to the PlantFiles for Episcia 'Showtime'. It takes a day or two for them to added, but they will be there.

Don't fret ... the game ALWAYS starts off real S L O W for most of us, but will pick up, believe me!
I decided to keep a running total. Here's how it looks so far:
Six people have one
Seven have two
Four of you have three
FIVE folks have Zip, Nada, Zero!
But, don't get discouraged! You can go days without getting even one and then all of a sudden you will start marking them off right and left ... especially towards the end of the game when the list is getting shorter and shorter! That's when the FUN really begins to set in ... the race to yell BINGO! ^_^
So, hang in there everybody ... your calls are coming!

Love your hat, jan! Beaming my numbers your way. Oh if you could use it for lotto numbers or another idea is to try and sell a lotto numbers hat on Ebay and see how it would sell. Does anyone remember someone selling a grilled cheese sandwich for 10's of thousands as they said it helped them as a good luck charm at casinos. LOL! Selling a lotto hat might be your lucky day!

Good for you Nan. Now maybe the rest of us can start to catch up. So far I have 3 out of 6 called. It's just like years ago, when I was going to BINGO faithfullly at the church school where my children attended. I was totally 'supporting' the school, along with tutition and bingo. ^+_^ I went every week, and don't ever remember winning more than $5.00. I was the anticipation of the 'big' win that was exciting and kept me going back each week. Back then I was spending $10 a week. I didn't smoke or drink, so I used the excuse that it was my 'vice'. ^_^

I went to bingo once with my parents when I was 11 - and I won $100!
I also once won an industrial sized can of fly spray when I was 8 or 9....no kiddin'!!
I won 2 turkeys and a ham at a harvest fair bingo when we lived in Wyoming--haven't won one since!!
The only thing I've ever won is a subsciption to the AV society and a gessie box on this forum. Both great prizes.
I won a couple times last year on here... Is why I came here is for the Bingo and then you all showed me about Av and the family and the next thing you know I was hooked... I remember Gail saying something about a strep and I dmailed her and said ok stupid question but what is a strep.... She laughed and said boy are you a newbe...LOL She then got me started into all this and I have loved every min of it... Even when I get stress out over some things.... Thanks to all of you for all the sharing and teaching you have done for me...
