I planted "Hello Yellow" butterfly weed last spring. When it began blooming, small bugs began to cluster underneath the blooms, apparently feeding on leaves and buds. The bugs are oval in shape and the identical color of the flowers - a golden yellow - with black legs. They are difficult to hose off and resistant to some insecticides I had on hand. I cut the flowers back in frustration, and they rebloomed without the bugs. However, the bugs are now coming back (end of october). Can anyone identify this bug? Thanks.
