I have mail all of the Mountain Magic first class. If they look wrapped funny on the bottom, it's because I used a damp piece of paper towel and then water-proofed them with Pres 'N Seal. It sure adheres perfectly to the form of the brug cutting.
I will be offering 4 Charles Grimaldis in a few minutes. First come, first serve again. I lost a little money on my Mountain Magic trades because of buying the bubble lined envelopes, so I will be charging $3.50 for the wrapping materials and postage.
As for all of you who sent money for Mountain Magic, you sure made it easy and fast. Thanks a million.

It is so graifying to send these out. I throw away a lot of little skinny cuttings, in fact, I cull twice. So I pray everyone's cutting roots nicely and give them a lot of pleasure next season.

woodspirit1----I need help. My piece of brug just arrived. There are tiny little growths on it--------and according to the direction they are growing, the damp part wrapped in a towel is the top. The bottom seems hardened off. Do I have it right? It is the direction of the little tiny growths that is confusing me.

The time little growths, if they are white, are the "nubbies" that are the beginning of roots. That part should be in the water.
I had tiny little leaves on mine------and I assume that the opposite end from which they seem to be headed is the bottom. But, the other end was covered with the damp towel. I have placed it in water with what I presume to be the bottom in the water------------and, it looks fine this morning---with the little leaves increasing in size. Please tell me that I did the right thing.

doricott, I am so sorry. My giveaways were moved from the brug forum to this one today. But as you can see all the Mountain Magic cuttings have been asked for and everyone now has their cuttings. So this trade is closed. I have offered Charles Grimaldi (all asked for) and will offer Maya next. Just watch for that thread.
