For me if this one is YOUJIRO YAGURUMA :small little vine
what is the name of the second flower ?
ID
Andrianne, are the second flower name, are you referring to a Mt. Fuji? Fuji no Beni (http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/139459/)? If you are referring to that one as a the second name, there is another one that is grown by some people which is Mt. Fuji "Hot Pink Frost".

Fuji Hot Pink Frost will have more white in the bloom:

Here is a Youjiro series including Yaguruma and others:

One thing I have noticed about Yaguruma is that is should be more of a red color, not pink. I grew one last year and it was a pink color. I've yet to grow a "red" morning glory other than cardinal climber.
Here is mine from last year and it looks a lot like your second one and mine is dark pink too:

I don't know if this is a dilution or cross or what ... I am sure Ron or someone else can give you more information.
I've got the seeds from Emma on the name Hot pink Frost . 2 type of flower came out this one very large and the Hot pink Frost ( = Fuji no Beni with large white streaks )
Fuji no Beni is smaller than this NOID . The leaf are allmost like the Yaguruma leaf
Dany -You asked:
"YOUJIRO YAGURUMA tetraploid ?
Is there MG tetraploid ? double chromosome"
The Youjiro are not polyploid and any tetraploid would indicate 4 sets of chromosomes as the word tetra = 4
The majority of MG do not do well with multiple sets of chromosomes..
Here's another post where I previously briefly addressed polyploidy is Ipomoea species...

Mt. Fuji "Hot Pink Frost" is a very 'unofficial' name...more of an ebay name at this point...
The example displayed in Becky's journal here
http://davesgarden.com/community/blogs/i/36518/
shows coloring patterning in the 'red' near the outer limb that may be the result of a blizzard gene
The wide youjiro can come out of the regular Fuji packs that are distributed by Sakata and Takii...
I'm reluctant to assign a 'new name' to any youjiros that display very nice wide youjiro (in the interest of preventing a deluge of duplicative 'new names' ) other than to describe them as having wide clear youjiro...
The plant in bloom here
http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid=5683574
may be a fuji that is simply displaying more of the leaf pattern associated with the yaguruma or it may represent a cross between the Yaguruma and the Fuji no Beni...it's just a guess as there is no way to know for sure...
Hope that helps...
Ron
