I live in central PA and I swear I have never seen a spider this big or this color!
Anyone know what kind of spider this is?

I believe it's an orb weaver - genus Araneus, but I don't know which species. Female.

I'd have to say that's it.
How did you know it was a female?
The male doesn't look like that - he is smaller, and the pedipalps are a dead give away. Male pedipalps are large, females' are small. Those are the "fangs"...
