Morning everyone.....
I thought fall was here..why is it so dang hot here yet..? We are suppose to get rain today, was suppose to have started yesterday, but nope..no rain yet. Guess it will be a couple hours yet, but maybe Melva is getting some now.
DH is still working on the patio geting it ready for a new roof. I think if he had stopped to think about it, he may not have tackled it..it is turning into quite a big job. First he had to take off the old one, then rebuild it. We originally had lattice and sunscreen on it, but are putting up the fiberglass panels to keep it dry out there. This was his idea so am not saying a word when the blue words start flowing. I actually liked it for my plants, they could get watered when out there when/if it ever rained. We also enclose both for the winter but couldnt do much about the top..last year he put a tarp over it and that helped a little. I think I might be able to over winter plants out there now. I already keep some in the patio closest to the house and use a space heater if it ever gets below freezing.
DD got a clean bill of health yesterday at the doc... she will be able to start back to the gym next week. She is wanting to do something other than the water, thinks she isnt getting enough benefit from that. I think she only started Aquafit was to make sure I went..
