CLOSED: BEE-yellow head & tail HELP!?

I really didn't get close enough to take a good picture... they seemed rather aggressive with one another!! Yellow head & tail and black in the middle-larger than a honey bee. I wondered where my hummingbirds have been and when I went over to the feeder, there were about six of these swarming on the feeder. When my dog ran by, one flew after him!! sooo....didn't want to get close to take a photo

What are these bees and how can I get them away??
