Hello, this is my first post. I find these all around the outside of my house and some get inside somehow. They crawl and they also have wings to fly.

This is a stink bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Pentatomidae); quite possibly a brown marmorated stink bug (Halyomorpha halys), an introduced species that often comes indoors.
