I know they are invasive in certain areas, but I think not here. I would love one. Anyone have info on these trees?
Jeruselum Thorn Tree
My reference book says, " Parkinsonia aculeata deciduous tree, full sun, drought tolerant. Rapid growth at first to 30 ft. Long season of bloom in the spring then intermittent. Tolerates alkaline soil...as a shade tree it filters the sun rather than blocking it. Litter drop is a problem..not suitable for tailored gardens." Hope that helps. Dee
