CLOSED: What is this tiny strange creature?

This tiny little guy is less than a 1/4 inch. He was walking across a picnic table at a park in western New York. I happened to have my camera with me. Does anyone know what he (or she) is?

She is a jumping spider (family Salticidae); possibly in the genus Phidippus - see http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/jumping_spiders_genus_phidippus for some examples.
