My Mexican Sunflowers were mobbed this morning with the usual visitors tanking up on nectar. Three new ones must have also hatched. This is one of them.

A Skipper, could be Gilbert's Flasher. The link isn't working on this site, but it looks like yours has a white band under the leading edge.
