It's a praying mantis egg case, so definitely friendly

But if I were to find it, I would relocate it. My passi vines are for my Fritillary caterpillars and I don't want them to be a meal.

Clip the branch and put it in shrubs or wooded area, they can eat spiders or something else. LOL!
