Question about an entry that was moved

Good evening everyone! Here's my story. I recently added 3 new types of Calibrachoa to Plantfiles, and today I got an email letting me know that one of my entries was actually a duplicate - so it was transferred. The entry I created was for Calibrachoa, 'Rose '06' (Callie™ Series).

The entry it got moved to is Calibrachoa 'Superbells Trailing Rose' (Superbells™ Series) http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/89896/

Does anyone know how it may have been determined that 'Rose '06' is the same thing as 'Superbells Trailing Rose'? I only ask because the trademark is for a different series (mine is Callie™ Series, the other is Superbells™ Series). Are they the same thing? I can't say for sure, since I just bought mine at the garden center last weekend and it's the first time I've even heard of Calibrachoa.

So far the other 2 entries I put in have not been moved, but perhaps they just haven't been reviewed yet. One is for 'Gold w/ red eye' http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/177345/

They're all part of the Callie™ Series according to the tag.

I don't know anything about those particular cultivars, but the trademarked names are not the "official" cultivar name, so it is very possible that two different companies offer the same cultivar under two different trademark names.

rntx22, thanks for bringing this to our attention and giving us a chance to review it again. The original entry didn't have the Callie Series on it. There for it appeared to be a duplicate to one already in PF's. I created the entry again and added the patent information etc to the entry and your photos have been moved back to that entry located here : http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/177480/

Oh, ok thanks! I didn't realize I forgot to put the Callie Tm on that one -- oops! Allthough ecrane's response makes sense too. I am not sure how the trademarking and hybridizing stuff works!
