CLOSED: What's is this stranger insect?

I found it a month ago in my garden. It was very small, about half an inch. Can someone id this bug?

I couldn't get a direct scale image. So I got the scale for the leaf the insect was standing upon. hope that serves the purpose. thanks

This is a planthopper (Hemiptera: Auchenorrhyncha) nymph in the superfamily Fulgoroidea - see image at top of http://www.brisbaneinsects.com/brisbane_planthoppers/index.html. Beyond that, I cannot be certain.
