I think we've progressed from flippin' chicks to flippin lids! I did the Hokey Pokey then I turned myself around...Now what's all this sh** about?! sorry, singing along behind here...
Chicken Flippin Proof
I have tried it and tried it, even on ones I know for a fact they are roos or hens. I think it has to do with how you hold them. I see how Harmoney is holding at a downward way and both legs out, sightly tilted back one leg out.
One of mine must have gotten dizzy.. just before it fell out of my hands, it was pedaling like riding an "air" bike.....
Ya put your right wing in....
LOL a short while ago I was holding one of my hens cradled in my arms. She was on her back with both legs pulled in. I think she's confused.

In a futile attempt to not become chicken pot pie--both my barred Rock roos are sticking one leg out.

I asked the CF today if my hens had been sprinkled with her egg laying dust and she said why dear of course, then I said...............IF they dont start laying soon they are going to be stew, and I asked if she would help me to make that happen. Of course she said YES dear
Chicken pot pies on the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YUM!! That's on the menu for tomorrow night! Just can't remember who it is we're eating. I'm surprised at how much meat those roos had on them. The hens are even heavier than the roos were when they went to Camp Freeze.
