I know this has been discussed before...but

I know I know we have already talked about this a few times before, But...I think we need to keep stressing the fact that when we make a trade we need to ALWAYS remember to put our Dave's Garden screen name somewhere on the e/mail. You know like when someone send's you a e/mail "from" Dave's then it will tell the person's screen name, but then when you reply back to that person the Dave's screen name is not there and you only see that person's other name...It get's sooooo confusing sometimes I have to search through all my old mail and sent mail to try to figure out exactly who this person is, So the next time you make a trade or something....Don't forget to include your Dave's Garden Screen name!! If this happens to you yourself...you know how hard it is to figure out who you are dealing with...sooo if you yourself remember to always include your DG screen name maybe other's will pick up on it and do the same thing. Sorry for all the venting ya'll. I hope you all understand.

Mollybee, it's emphasized in the primer I'm drafting :) It's an excellent point and needs to be reiterated.

One of my main reason's for posting this again was because in the past few weeks or so, I have encountered the following names, now you tell me if you could figure them out...I had a Debbie, a Deblynn, a Deborah!! all within a couple of days of each other...you talk about Confused!!!! Then I felt like a idiot when I had to go back and e/mail 2 of them in order to find out their DG name's. That was my reasoning for this thread. I only hope that people will all start doing this because having to admit to someone that you are clueless about who they are and what they want to trade is very embarrassing! I know I for one will put my DG SN on everything from now on!

Great advice, I think people just forget! Also when they send SASE or even a trade Item, they should ALWAYS include a note with what they wanted in exchange. And make sure the trades they send are labeled, and if they are for sun or shade, colors, etc.

I've often wondered why people don't..but thought it was just me, and my poor memory as to making the connection..Thanks for saying what I only thought..I do think it is an excellent idea.
