Dear Daves Garden: I have had very few berries on my Robin and Festive red hollies; what male pollinators have you had success pollinating these female hollies. Thanks for any help.

According to M. Dirr, NONE of the 'Red Hybrid Hollies', which include your 'Robin' and 'Festive' cultivars, have fruited in their trials (Georgia). The name comes from the new growth, which emerges reddish-purple.
Do you know if Festive Holly will do well in alkaline soil, Zone 7b?
There may be a southern holly adapted to alkaline soils, but as a rule, hollies prefer acid soil. I would check with a good nursery or garden center to see what they recommend.
