CLOSED: Spider and wasp ID needed please?

Benton County, MO(Zone 5a)

Ok, this is a two in one. I need to ID both the spider and the wasp. The wasp attacked the spider and was dragging him off, lost his grip on him and both ended up on my deck. They were both about a quarter of an inch or less, long.

Here's a kind of blurry pic of the wasp when he had the spider.

The wasp is a spider wasp (Hymenoptera: Pompilidae), but I cannot identify the species - see http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/spider_wasps for some examples - and the spider is a parson spider (Herpyllus ecclesiasticus) in the family Gnaphosidae - see http://entomology.unl.edu/images/spiders/herpyllus_ecc.jpg

suunto! Thanks so much for IDing the spider! I spent all night last night trying to find him and couldn't. I zoomed in on the wasp and it has 2 white bars around it's neck? One on each side. I couldn't find it in those spider wasps on that page. Got to do more looking! :-) Thanks again!
