Don't see this guy very often.
CLOSED: A very small coloured beetle
Not a beetle, but a bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera); likely an assassin bug (family Reduviidae). These are for the most part, general predators on other small arthropods, but those in the subfamily Triatominae are blood feeders, some of which can transmit Chagas' Disease. Yours does not appear to be one of those.
