Looking good, burn.

I hope you are fairing well with that nasty storm in your region.

Roses in my garden are blooming nicely still too.

Thanks Don, your Barbara Streisand's rose is a lovely shade of pink, very nice.
The hurricane will hit the lower part of NB. and Nova Scotia. My DIL phone a while ago and the wind have been strong there in Moncton NB, but the rain haven't started yet. They're announcing a big dump of rain in the overnight hrs there, and some may loose power and have flooding. For us, it rain all day yesterday and today, and will be getting lots of rain overnight and tomorrow morning. But not suppose to be damaging. Will be following the news for the lower part of the Province and NS.

burn, your pond is beautiful! And Don, that HT is on my must-have list; I got a whif of one this summer at one of the winning gardens in our local society competition, and decided then and there I must have it!

This is a miniature rose 'Sunny Dew'. Still a few blooms today.

One last one, my only surviving datura, 'Ballerina', I think. It's a good thing we're having a mild fall; this guy just started to open a couple of days ago...

Lookin' good, Grow_Jo. Love that Collarette dahlia. This Indian summer is wonderful for lenghtening the bloom time in our gardens.

Here's Chicago Peace HT, still blooming like crazy.

Grow-Jo so stunning, lovely flowers. My Datura are done, they came in late too. Frost got them but I have one plump pod, and don't know if I'll be able to save the seeds. :(. If any of you get seeds of the doubles and triple,in different colors, I'll be willing to trade with you. That GB rose is so lovely. You guys are really tempting me with your roses. I thinks, I'll add some to my list for more colors in the fall. Starzz great garden, looks like a peaceful area to relax. Did endless summer bloom a lot for you?
I have a few flowers coming from my cransbills.

burn~so glad to hear things are not looking too bad for your area - re the storms!

I really enjoy seeing all the beautiful plants still blooming across Canada at this time of year, you all do such an amazing job!

Newcastle, ON(Zone 5a)

Thanks Burn,
I bought Endless summer at the beginning of Sept. It had blooms on it then..I just went out and counted eight blooms on it still in varying stages.

Grand Forks, BC(Zone 5b)

Your photos are beautiful Starzz. When I saw your Japanese Anenome, I had to show you my Anemone DeCaen Blue Poppy. I buy the bulbs from Botanus every year and they bloom beautifully. This year, I am going to try and cheat zones and over-winter them. Wish me luck!

Here is a photo I took of them this afternoon.

Even though our temperatures are gorgeous today (24C), this is my feeble attempt at Autumn decorating.

Gorgeous blooms all! Don - love those anenome. I planted a pack of 10 corms this spring and got exactly one plant. LOL. But it's the same color as yours.

A few more shots tonight. I can't believe I was out watering today. It was +25C; feels almost like a summer evening out there.

This is a tiny Helenium seedling, so excited by fall that it just had to have a bloom! Wintersown by fancyvan.

Hey that is nice Jo! One of mine? Fancy that!

I have about 6 seedlings planted temporarily in the veggie garden - will need to find a ome for them in the spring.

I watered this morning too as my automatic system will be shut down this wek.

Those pictures are gorgeous!!

There aren't so many hours left anymore between getting home, and it getting dark... my photos are suffering! However, here's a very late bloomer that helps to light things up a bit, Patrinia rupestris:
