This small fly (?) I found on Tanacetum on the 19th of September in a local Nature Reserve.

This looks remarkably like a turnip sawfly, Athalia rosae (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae) - see http://farm1.static.flickr.com/96/229358462_a39c5db1bb.jpg?v=0
