CLOSED: Missouri Spider. What is it?

Anyone know what type of spider this is? They hang out all over outside of the house, in doorways, windows, my deck, etc.

This is an orb-weaving spider (family Araneidae); possibly in the genus Neoscona - see http://sparkleberrysprings.com/v-web/b2/images/arachnids/orbneoscona071014b.jpg for an example. They all are harmless to humans.
