Just saw this outside -- is it an Asian tiger mosquito or something else? Is it of any concern/danger? (Photo taken today in Southeastern Pennsylvania.)

This is indeed Aedes (Stegomyia) albopictus, the (in)famous Asian tiger mosquito. It is now quite widespread in the USA, including our own back yard.
