Help! I need help with cuttings

Palmyra, PA(Zone 6a)

I received some cuttings for Mexican petunia and bignonia. I have planted them but they look terrible. I sliced the tip off of the bottom and put them in rooting hormone and then planted them in soil. They are all wilting. I don't think they can be saved, but I thought I'd ask here as there are so many wonderful educated gardeners on this site. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I would suggest covering them with a lose plastic bag to help keep the humidity up. I hope this is helpful.

Mexican Petunia is simple, take off all but two of the bigger leaves, cover with a plants bag not touching the leaves and water - then forget about it. They will root in time and if not let me know I can get you some more cuttings of the purple and white.

Thanks-- I'll give the bags a try. Thanks for the offer MitchF, I may have to take you up on it :)

Mitch almost came out and said it, but I will - make sure your cuttings aren't too big. The more the stem has to take care of, the less it can work on rooting.... kinda....
