CLOSED: 500 caterpillars sitting in a web

Taken in Korea... I 'd like to know what kind of caterpillar this is, and about the behavior. There were 500 or more of them in several pyramid-like webs!

And it's not spiderweb... the caterpillars were moving on the silk.

We have caterpillars in America that will make a common web like that, some called tent caterpillers.

I don't know what kind of caterpillars they are, but if they're like the ones here in the US, they will eat up the leaves on the plant where their web is located.
